- Kevan Maureen is an educator, an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Level 3 certification from Loyola's Yoga Studies Program in Yoga Therapy, and holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
- At Natural High Yoga the power of mindful movement and breath are utilized to bring somatic release, fascial freedom, and holistic healing. This approach is rooted in traditional yogic practices, promoting physical health and mental clarity.
